Delete your Teal VPN account

Teal VPN is an app by Fxolio LLC

If you cannot use the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you by replying to that address, and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: the Google account identifier and email address, account number, plan and usage figures.
• Every device registered to the account, and its access to every VPN server.
• All sign-in sessions. The app is signed out at once.

What is kept, and for how long

• If the account was on the Free plan, a scrambled code for the phone keeps the amount of data used that day, with no link to you, until the next daily reset — so that deleting and re-creating an account cannot refill the free allowance. It is deleted after that reset.
• We never had your browsing history, traffic contents or connection IP addresses, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Teal account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
