Checking…
Asking our servers…
Last 24 hours, every five minutes
If Cash App answers our servers but not you, your network is the problem. Teal VPN sends you through ours: Pro from $3 a month, 30‑day money‑back.Get Teal VPN
“Answered” means Cash App’s servers replied to our request, including with a bot wall. It proves the service is up and reachable, not that every feature works. Nothing about you is sent or stored.
What to do if Cash App is down for you
Our check covers the website and the app. If it answers from every country and still fails for you, work through these in order.
Do not send twice
A transfer that “failed” during an incident is often recorded. Check your history before sending again.
Check the status page
Payment services and their partner banks publish incidents separately.
Use the web version
If the website works and the app does not, the app needs an update.
Questions
Is Cash App down right now?
The card at the top shows it live: whether Cash App answered our servers in 14 countries within the last five minutes. If it answered everywhere and still fails for you, the problem is between you and Cash App: your network, your provider, or the app.
My transfer is pending. Is the service down?
Pending transfers during an incident usually complete when it ends. If our check shows the service answering, do not send a second one.
What does this check prove, and what does it not?
We fetch cash.app from Teal VPN servers in 14 countries every five minutes. An answer proves Cash App’s servers are up and reachable from the open internet. It does not prove every feature works: sign-in, uploads or payments can fail while the site answers, which is why we also show the link to the service’s own status page.
Why would a service work from your servers but not for me?
Because the break is on your side of the route: a Wi-Fi that filters the service, a provider with a bad path to it, a DNS resolver that fails, or an app that needs an update. Mobile data instead of Wi-Fi is the quickest test. A VPN sends your traffic through one of our servers instead, which is the same path our check uses.
